My Stroller Setup for Europe: Transit, Groceries, and Narrow Streets With Two Kids - The Austlen Entourage 2.0 Is The Best Travel and European Stroller For Two Kids
We recently moved to Germany and the Entourage 2.0 double stroller has been a huge help with transporting my two girls and lots of cargo. I'm so impressed with how well it collapses and how versatile it is. Here's why it works so well for our family:
Quick setup I start with
Parent Console on; frame one notch longer for market days; Snack Tray packed. Diapers and wipes live in a pouch in the lower area for fast grabs.
Transit tips
Shorten the frame on trams and buses to its most retracted position, park by the door, and keep weight low so the push stays stable while boarding. Board forwards nose-first, and get off backwards tail first.
Grocery & market flow
Produce rides down low, bread and eggs on top of the cargo area so they don’t get squished. I never hang bags from the handlebar - steering stays lighter this way.
Old buildings / elevators
If the elevator is small, I just roll in nose‑first with the frame fully retracted. The width is small enough for narrow hallways and aisles.
Extras that help us
Parent Console daily. Snack Tray for longer outings. Sit & Stand for my older child on big days. Travel Bag when we travel by air to visit family (check out their Worry-Free Guarantee when using the Austlen Travel Bag!).
Pros & trade‑offs
Pros: versatile frame, storage away from little feet, and compliments constantly from local families. Biggest pro-two kids can recline and nap at the same time, and nobody's feet are in anyone's face! Trade‑offs: not the lightest, but it replaces extra totes and keeps us organized.
