If your Austlen product doesn't work out, we provide an easy return process. 

Austlen Baby Co. provides free returns for 30 days after purchase* provided the item is tested only indoors and is in unused and resellable condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Returned merchandise must include all the warranty cards, manuals, and instructions to receive a full refund. 

To start your return, complete the form below. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with a pre-printed return label and shipping guidelines. Ensure items are packaged carefully and in the manner they were received so that they will not be damaged during the shipping process. If we have to re-package the product when re-stocking, we may charge you a 10% re-stocking fee.  

You will be notified by email once your returned item is received, and again when the refund has been processed. All refund credits will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return. Note; it may take some time for this credit to appear on your credit card statement.  If, during inspection, it is noted that your item is missing components or parts, has been used outside of your home, has food or drink spills, stains, dents, scratches, or is not in the original packaging, a restocking fee equal to the value of damaged or used parts may apply to your return**. Original shipping charges if applicable are non-refundable. 

*Austlen Baby Co. accepts returns for products purchased on austlen.com. Items purchased from other retailers or sellers cannot be returned to Austlen. Free returns apply to all items purchased within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska.

**Don’t let this restocking fee alarm you. It does not apply to normal returns of unused merchandise.
