This Policy applies solely to information collected by this website. Below you will find information on the following:

Information Collection, Use and Sharing

Austlen is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email, online forms or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Austlen only collects personally identifiable information to conduct business with you. For example, Austlen may use such information for the following purposes: product registration; communications regarding customer inquiries; ordering, processing and fulfilling orders; notification to customers of product recalls; and distribution of newsletters and marketing emails, where the customer permits such distribution. There is also an option with Austlen’s store locator that asks the guest if they would like to use the computer’s location, instead of typing in an address, in order to locate the nearest retailer. If the guest selects “yes,” the website will automatically obtain the guest’s location information.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of the Austlen organization, other than as necessary to address your request, for example, to process or ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this Privacy Policy.

Austlen takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information on, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only individuals or entities that need the information to perform a specific function (e.g., billing, customer care) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We request information from you when you purchase one of our products online. In order to complete our order form, you must provide contact information (e.g., name, shipping address) and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 Product Registration

By registering your product through our website, you provide personal information to us. This information is only used for alerting you in the case of a product recall and to assist our Customer Care department when you contact us with a question about your product.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
