One Stroller For All Our Seasons: Snow Days, Beach Days, Everyday. The Austlen Entourage 2.0 Is By Far The Best Double To Sit Stand Stroller For Our Family
When you’re juggling kids, gear, and unpredictable plans, the right stroller can make or break your day. After months of searching, testing, and hauling our lives from winter sidewalks to sandy beaches, we finally found a setup that flexes with us: the Entourage 2.0.
Why we chose the Entourage 2.0
We’re outside a lot and our plans change with the weather. I wanted storage that didn’t steal the kids’ space, a frame that adjusts when we need it, and a push that still feels easy and stable with gear onboard. The Entourage checked those boxes and more on our first week out.
Winter walks
On icy sidewalks I keep the frame a notch shorter and pack weight low: extra coats, thermos, and a small blanket ride in the lower cargo area so nothing slides into little legs. The push feels planted, and I can still use the brake without kicking bags. The rain cover or Cozy Footmuff keep her warm and dry while we make short loops and stop for photos.
Beach routine
For boardwalks and packed sand I pop on the Beach Wheels and extend the frame so I can stack a cooler, towels, shade canopy, beach chairs, and toys across the storage area. I put the seat more upright so snacks are easy with the Snack Tray. When we hit softer sand, I pull the stroller backwards like a wagon so the front wheels don’t dig. Bags stay low, kid stays comfy, and I’m not shouldering everything.
City errands & shopping
Grocery runs are smoother because storage is away from the seats; I don’t have to wedge a tote next to her feet. The Parent Console holds my phone, cards, iced latte and other essentials, and I tuck a reusable bag in the basket. In tight aisles I shorten the frame and pivot; curb hops feel controlled because the weight sits centered. Even when fully loaded and extended, the Entourage turns on a dime and is feather-light to push (I can usually be seen showing off, pushing it with one hand while taking sips of my drink with the other).
Accessories we actually use
Parent Console daily; Rain Cover for surprise drizzle; Snack Tray for longer outings; and the Sit & Stand platform when cousins visit or she feels like having the "big kid" seat. When we travel, the Travel Bag gives me peace of mind for gate‑check.
What could be better
It’s not the lightest or the smallest stroller you'll find, but the trade‑off is worth it: the frame carries our stuff so my shoulders don’t, and they designed it so you can roll it into the back of your car so you're not actually lifting it. It’s also not cheap, but again, worth it (I guess you get what you pay for). There’s nothing else like it out there and the quality is top-notch.
Verdict
Snow, beach, or a fast Target run, the Entourage 2.0 has been the one setup that adapts with us instead of asking us to adapt to it. I recommend it all the time because it actually makes our days easier.
