Love love love! Super glad we invested in this stroller for my 2.5yo and 2mo old. I’ll be buying the rear car seat adapter too to give more options. Super helpful to use this stroller for travel.
This stroller truly does it all! It really is so easy to open and fold away. It’s sturdy but not too heavy to lift into our car. The storage on this thing is impressive (not including any additional add on storage). The tires do surprisingly well on bumpy surfaces. I haven’t tried dirt paths yet but would assume it would handle semi smooth ones well. Off roading might get a little tricky with any long double but this thing is strong. I spent hours researching double strollers when our second was coming and I’m beyond happy we chose this one. Worth the investment!
We love our Austlen! It’s a bit heavier to load in and out of the trunk but I don’t mind. My 4 year old loves the sit and stand accessory and my little guy is very happy and comfortable in the seat. The accessories for extra cargo are unmatched too! It’s a versatile stroller. Happy with our choice.
Our son loves his stroller. It’s super versatile. We forgot to bring the second seat with us but he was still able to take a nap in the bottom basket since it was big enough. We were able to accommodate two sleeping babies (2 and 3 years old) even though we forgot to install the 2nd seat.
So far so great. It’s easy to open/close once you get used to it. I love being able to retract and expand the length of the stroller. The grocery caddy was much handier than expected and I love how much it holds. The seat is super easy to clean and I love that the foot rest goes up and down. I will say that it was easily scuffed though and it’s a big bulkier than I thought it’d be. Kinda hard to put in a sedan and pretty big even for our 4Runner trunk. Other than that, we like the larger weight limit.
We had the pleasure of using the entourage during our vacation. We have two children, one with autism, the other is 10 months old. The entourage brought us peace of mind and safety which made our vacation so much more enjoyable.
We ordered ours early (second baby due in October). Our 4 year old daughter loves all the options, she uses the stand up platform, back seat and front stroller. Fairly easy to assemble and utilize (a little heavy on our uneven local streets but not a deal breaker). Really nice quality & worth the investment.

Love this stroller! I’m a mom of 4 sweet babes 5 and under, after I had my second baby I saw someone with an Austlen walking around town and looked it up! At the time, it wasn’t a feasible purchase, but since having my fourth my husband and I decided it would be a good investment to get an Austlen for our family. And I am so glad I did. I am a very social and out and about mom so I use my stroller a lot. I’m always running errands, doing park socials and traveling with all my babies and am almost always at it alone since my husband travels for work. In the month I have had the Austlen it has made my outings feasible! From grocery runs to, to park socials and family trips out of town, I am so impressed with this stroller and happy since we know our family will only keep growing. I am now even looking forward to future flights with our family of littles. I have a plan (and now) a tool to successfully execute a successful trip across a busy large airport and maneuvering a not so kid friendly city. I especially love the bassinet feature of the front seat! It’s unbelievable that there are places don’t have changing stations in bathrooms, and this is a life saver! I also love the collapsible feature of converting this stroller from a double to a single. I can roam around a city with 3 babies in my stroller (using the sit and stand) and then collapse it prior to entering a cute cafe so I don’t enter with a bulky stroller or have to leave it outside. AMAZING! I get so many compliments and have actually had people stop me while walking down the street to inquire!
I usually never leave reviews unless it’s negative. There’s only a few things we’ve gotten in our lives where I leave a positive review and would proudly become a free sponsor of the product and company. Austlen is one of them. This is the greatest stroller and the best investment we’ve ever made as new parents. This is the only stroller we own and will ever own. On top of that, the customer service has been great and the quality of the components and stroller itself are top notch. When we walk by other parents on the street and they see our stroller in its full glory (extended, loaded, two kids) they are amazed and jealous. lol! 😂 and I frequently get people stopping me in the parking lot to ask about it. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
I am pregnant, but this stroller is just what I will need for our family. Sturdy and tall! Some of the other strollers seem like doll strollers. There is a lot of support from Austlen, and the videos they send you are so helpful. I did order the blue, and it is more like denim vs a bright blue. My only suggestion on the unpacking video is to show how it opens because the smaller wheels are contained within the stroller.
I absolutely love my Austlen stroller! It has been amazing for multiple kids and is so easy to use. It drives incredibly smooth and transitions from one child to multiple kids quickly and easily, which makes it perfect for a busy family. The storage underneath is also awesome—there’s plenty of room for everything we need when we’re out and about. It’s so versatile, well-designed, and convenient. I’m so happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stroller that can grow and adapt with their family!
Amazing stroller! Bought it for traveling for my three kids and a luggage. My 4 y.o. twins love sit and stand option they both tightly fit in the seat. For my infant I use rear car seat with attachments, works great, can’t wait to try reclining bassinet. It has plenty of storage, rides smoothly, easy fold/unfold. The only thing it’s a bit heavier than expected. Highly recommend.
Over the moon with our purchase, I was very hesitant with the price tag, but this stroller has quality were in all over it and is so stable and made with such nice fabric and so much attention to detail. I am extremely impressed and super excited to use it for all of our adventures.

We love the diversity of the Entourage. As a mom with 2 under 2, going out can be a huge challenge. We love how roomy it is, even with the infant base attached. (We use the one in the rear of the stroller that way we have full access to the basket.) The basket is so big and holds literally everything you could possibly need going out (including your cat in a carrier to the vet, LOL. He snuggled safe and secure in there and prevented my toddler from running wild in the waiting room. We have an upcoming Disney World trip and I’m excited to have the space I need for all my baby gear. We will be purchasing the sit and stand jump seat with platform soon as well as the travel bag for an upcoming international flight! Thanks Austlen for making this moms on-the-go life a little easier!
This stroller is incredible! I did a lot of research on double strollers with a new baby on the way and this one by far was the best. Using it as a single stroller now but when baby gets here got the car seat adapter to use. Also, this is by far the most compact double stroller I saw. And I can easily load and unload it by myself. 10/10 recommend, definitely worth the price.
The Entourage 2.0 seemed too good to be true but it really has everything you need and more! It was SO easy to assemble. I was actually questioning if I was missing something because it was so easy. Drives like a dream. And perfectly fits my 2.5 yo snd 7 month old. Selling three other strollers now that I have this one! Disney World here we come!
We absolutely love it! We were looking for a stroller that would fit all the stuff we bring when traveling with children, in addition to having some type of seating for our 5 year old when we’re at Disney. This stroller is 100% worth the price tag. It has a lot of space for storage, and it rides super smooth. Both of our kids love it! 10/10 recommend.

Love it for my two older boys! Excited to try it out on the beach. The stroller ride is SO SMOOTH on uneven sidewalks, it definitely surprised us and is worth the money. Both my boys are tall, I wish the foot portion on the front seat was a touch longer… seems short compared to our other stroller seats we have at home. But love it and would buy it again!

I really love this double stroller! It is sturdy, versatile and convenient. It is a little heavy when lifting up and down the car, but other than that, I love everything about it and my two girls love it too! Looking forward to adding the seat for older children as my oldest outgrows the current/regular set up.
I ordered the ecru which looked white in photos but is more of a grayish which is fine so it won't show as much staining. We live in the PNW so we NEED a rain cover AND we needed a stroller that is Disney Parks/cruise approved width and would hold our almost 5yr. old who is 41.5" & 33lb but will be up to 45" and 40lb by the time our infant arrives. We ordered the upper adapter for our Graco® SnugRide SnugFit DLX Infant Car Seat (Maison-which matches Ecru almost perfectly). Our almost 5 yr old LOVES the front seat. She can fully recline still without it scraping her head. Everything is great about width, ease of ride, ease of brake, max weight, the fact baby can be up near handle bars with the adapter so our 5+yr old can also sit comfortably and ride forward-facing in the front. The feedback I would give to the manufacturer, are: 1) The footrest in the front should telescope when in the upright position to allow longer legs to stay comfortably positioned at least when reclined. 2) The front backrest could also telescope to allow for taller kids to grow and be able to use it longer especially when there's a large age gap OR when there's two tall kids; we have the sit-n-stand seat but there's no backrest so it's not as desirable for long park days once our infant outgrows the adapter. 3) When it comes to the rain cover, it should allow for the carseat adapter. I used to have a stroller cover that used flaps velcroed over holes that were intended for optional attachments so maybe adding a hole on each side where the adapters are with that velcro flap for when the adapters aren't used; we're probably going to have to cut holes in this raincover to fit over the adapters so our toddler can stay dry from the rain that occurs 9/12 of the year. Overall, this stroller is big enough to accommodate the 5yr age gap between siblings for those long park days and the rain cover allows the kid in the front to stay dry but also easy for the adult to unzip when they need to hop in and out without exposing the whole stroller.
Add to cart now! You won’t regret it. After the white fabric came out I instantly jumped on it because it looks so luxurious and I instantly fell in love. I told my husband this stroller is Disney approved and now he wants to take it for a test drive. I took my daughter out for a walk and she enjoyed the freedom of moving around. I already have 3 strollers in my garage and I knew it was time to buy the Cadillac of strollers which is the Austlen. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Also yes. With my baby boy here and now my toddler girl I knew i needed a wagon or double stroller. And now I have this gorgeous stroller to be the envy of the block.
The only thing that I believe it could be improved is the mechanism of opening and closing the stroller. It takes some time and if it’s raining it becomes chaotic. But other than that I love it.

We’re very pleased with our stroller. It steers very smoothly even with older kids on the sit to stand. Handles bumps with ease and my kids love riding it. I was worried about it fitting into my trunk but it works. When I need more room, I take off the easy to remove wheels.
First of all, we are very impressed with how sturdy this stroller feels and safe. We have a baby on the way and a almost 4 year old. It fits our needs perfectly. We can use it as a single stroller and use the ample storage space for many activities before the baby comes. We also love all the extra storage baskets they give us—the one that can be expanded all the down and then zippered up to become a smaller basket is actually perfect, as we have a senior dog that likes to come on walks with us so we can join the fun. Steers very smooth, does well on gravel road, bumps, pavements that have unexpected pot holes too. It feels very well worth the investment!
After reading and watching many reviews, we finally decided to make the purchase. I was hesitant at first due to the price tag, but I'm very pleased with the product. It's well-designed! It folds up better than I expected and still leaves plenty of room for luggage in our Suburban with the third row of seats up. It's a smooth push and easy to maneuver. I wish we had bought this years ago!
The Entourage was exactly what we needed with our kids being 4 years apart. We tried the Vista, but I didn’t like that my baby had to ride farther away from me, and lifting a 50+ lb child into the upper seat wasn’t practical. Most other strollers also max out around 50–55 lbs, while the Entourage’s higher weight limits make it a much better long-term option. Two years later, we’re still using it all the time including multiple Disney trips per year. I’m constantly stopped by other parents asking about it! The flexibility, huge storage, and ability to adapt as our kids have grown have made it worth every penny. I’d recommend it to any family with a larger age gap between kids or who travel to Disney so the big kids can take a break sometimes too!
Great stroller. Well built. Spacious. Solid. Easy to use
It all sounds good and convenient but feeling iffy with safety on using it with an infant car seat. Got the uppababy front frame adapter. The car seat DOES NOT LATCH on the uppababy adapter. It just RESTS OR SITS on it and you buckle it across the baby’s lap. Does not feel safe or secure at all.

We completely understand why safety would be your top priority, especially when using an infant car seat, and want you to know safety is our top priority as well. Based on the video you shared, it appears the adapter safety belt was buckled but not tightened, and that the stroller seat back may not be in the correct position. Per the user manual, Step 1: Place stroller in third recline position (recline seat fully, then push up two clicks). Step 2: Position car seat in a rear-facing position and place car seat onto car seat adapter. Step 3: Fasten and tighten adapter safety belt snugly over car seat before operation. Belt should be routed closest to infant car seat handle. While many of our adapters are click-in adapters, we do have some that use a retention strap system such as this one, in order to accommodate a wider variety of infant car seat models. This is an industry-standard method used across many stroller brands. Every infant car seat listed on our compatibility chart has been specifically and rigorously tested with its corresponding Austlen adapter through both our internal testing and an accredited third-party facility approved under CPSC requirements to verify a safe and secure fit when installed according to the instructions. If you prefer, we offer a rear click-in adapter for your infant car seat model. We'll reach out to you directly to ensure everything is installed correctly, and to see if you'd prefer to exchange your front adapter for a rear one. I bought this stroller 2 days ago! And it got delivered today! I was in shock with how fast it got delivered. My daughter wanted to sit in it immediately and she loved it. I took her to the park and it was so smooth. Assembling it was so easy and using its features is very easy too. I can tell they thought of making mom’s life easier when they built it. It looks fancy too!
